These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Business Card Maker mobile
application (package ID: com.design.business_cards_generator), together
with any related services, operated by Malek Tubaishat / jo-app
("the Service Provider", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Business Card Maker lets you design and export digital and print-ready business / visiting cards: enter your details, choose a template, colors and fonts, optionally add a logo and a QR code, and save the finished card as an image to your device. Card generation is unlocked by watching a short rewarded ad. The design tool runs inside the App and does not require you to create an account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a mobile device you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the text, logos, and images you enter into a card design. Do not use the App to create cards that infringe someone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights, or that contain unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content. Card content you enter is processed on your device and is not reviewed, stored, or moderated by us — see our Privacy Policy for details.
We retain all intellectual property rights in the App itself, including its code, design, card templates, trademarks, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our trademarks, logos, or branding outside of the cards you create for your own use. Templates provided in the App may be used to create your own business cards; they may not be extracted, resold, or redistributed as a standalone product.
The App is free to use and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, including banner ads and rewarded ads that unlock card generation. By using the App you agree to the display of such ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collected for advertising purposes.
The App relies on the following third-party services, which have their own terms:
Some App functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to load the design tool, fonts, and ads. We are not responsible if the App does not function at full capacity due to a lack of connectivity. Standard data charges from your mobile network provider may apply.
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App on your own behalf. If you are below that age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We do not guarantee that exported cards will be accepted by any particular printer or print specification.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded. If the App is provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms, or immediately and without notice if you violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and you must delete it from your devices.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
